The notion of unity is fundamental to Islam, and its absence is what has precipitated the chaos and destruction so devastatingly evident today. The depths of the Muslim condition today is contrasted only by the heights of our glorious past. So what can we do to realise the practical unity of the Muslims once again?

Hizb ut-Tahrir Australia extends this warm invitation to its 'Campaign of Unity' - a campaign that aims to define in precise terms the notion of unity in Islam, identify and address historical and current obstacles to our unity, and outline a practical blue print for our renewed unity under Islam.

This campaign, and its resultant conversation, could not come at a more critical time.
