Baghdad

A New Year, 1st Muharram 1430HA

In commemoration of this auspicious occassion,Blessed and a Happy New Year of 1430H to all Muslims around the world.

The 1st of Muharram is New Year's Day, and with it marks the beginning of the Islamic (Hijri) Calendar. Its real significance lies in the major turning point in the course of Islam. As told in the Noble Qur'ân: "Verily the number of months with Allah is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred. That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein …". [At-Taubah: 36]

Today itself, as we usher in the new year, many of us take the time to at least briefly reflect on the major lessons in the past year and anticipate new experiences in the fresh year of 1430 Hijrah. This is also the day that we should be reminded of the Prophet 's last pilgrimage and the message that he wants us to carry in our hearts.

The Prophet offered the noon and afternoon prayers in Arafah along with 100,000 worshippers, and the victory of Islaam over blasphemy became decisive and final. Thereafter, the Prophet mounted his camel, and delivered the historical sermon. In it, he had said: "... All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab, also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves...".

The tenth of Muharram is a very virtuous day. It is the Day of Aashooraa. On this Day Rasulullah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) kept a fast and encouraged the Ummah to do so as well.

Below are certain hadith Reported in Riyadul Saliheen by Imam Nawwawi.

The excellence of fasting Muharram, Sha'ban and the sacred months 1246.Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The best fast after Ramadan is the month of Allah, al-Muharram. The best prayer after the obligatory prayer is the night prayer." [Muslim]

1247. 'A'isha said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not fast in any month more than Sha'ban. He used to fast all of Sha'ban." In one variant, "He used to fast Sha'ban except for a little." [Agreed upon]

1248. Mujiba al-Bahiliyya about her father or her uncle, "He went to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and then went to him again a year later when his circumstances and appearance had changed. He said, 'Messenger of Allah, do you not recognise me?' He said, 'Who are you?' He said, 'I am the Bahili who came to you last year.' He said, 'What has changed you? You had a handsome appearance.' He said, 'I have only eaten at night since I left you.' The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'You have tortured yourself!.' Then he said, 'Fast the month of endurance [Ramadan] and one day every month.' He said, 'Let me do more. I have strength.' He said, 'Fast two days.' He said, 'Let me do more.' He said, 'Fast three days.' He said, 'Let me do more.' He said, 'Fast in the sacred months and stop. Fast in the sacred months and stop. Fast in the sacred months and stop.' He spoke with three fingers, putting them together and then releasing them.'" [Abu Dawud]

The excellence of fasting and other things in the first 10 days of Dhu'l-Hijja 1249. Ibn 'Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "No virtuous actions done during any ten days are better liked by Allah than the actions done on these days (the first ten days of Dhu'l-Hijja)." They said, "Messenger of Allah, not even jihad in the way of Allah?" He said, "Not even jihad in the way of Allah, except for a man who goes out putting his life and property in danger and returns with nothing." [al-Bukhari]

The excellence of fasting the Day of 'Arafa, 'Ashura' and the ninth of Muharram1250. Abu Qatada said "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about fasting the Day of 'Arafat. He said, 'It expiates the past year and coming year.'" [Muslim]

1251. Ibn 'Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, fasted the Day of 'Ashura' and ordered it to be fasted. [Agreed upon]
1252. Abu Qatada reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about fasting the Day of 'Ashura' and said, "It expiates the past year." [Muslim]

1253. Ibn 'Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If I remain alive until next year, I will fast the ninth." [Muslim]

On the recommendation to fast six days of Shawwal 1254. Abu Ayyub reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Anyone who fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six from Shawwal, it is as he had fasted the entire year." [Muslim]

On the recommendation to fast Mondays and Thursdays 1255. Abu Qatada reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about fasting Mondays and he said, "That is the day on which I was born and the day when I was sent - or when revelation descended on me." [Muslim]

1256. Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Actions are presented on Mondays and Thursdays, so I like my actions to be presented while I am fasting." (Muslim related it without mentioning fasting.) [at-Tirmidhi]

1257. 'A'isha said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to take care to fast on Mondays and Thursdays." [at-Tirmidhi]

On the recommendation to fast three days of every month .It is best to fast the 'white days', which are the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth. 1258. Abu Hurayra said, "My friend, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered me to do three things: to fast three days every month, to do the two rak'ats of Duha and to do the witr before sleeping." [Agreed upon]

1259. Abu'd-Darda' said, "My beloved, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded me to do three things which I will not forego as long as I live: to fast three days of every month, to pray Duha, and not to sleep until after praying the witr." [Muslim]

1260. 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As reported said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Fasting three days every month is equivalent to fasting continuously." [Agreed upon]

1261. Mu'adha al-'Adawiyya asked 'A'isha , "Did the Messenger of Allah fast three days of every month?" She said, "Yes." "I said, 'What part of the month did he fast?' She said, 'He did not care what part of the month he fasted.'" [Muslim]
1262. Abu Dharr reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If you fast three days of the month, then fast the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth." [at-Tirmidhi]

1263. Qatada ibn Milhan said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to command us to fast the white days: the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth." [Abu Dawud]

1264. Ibn 'Abbas said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not fail to fast the white days either when at home or on a journey." [an-Nasa'i]

As an advice, one shld first practice the obligatory duties, and then move on the the voluntary ones.It is said in a hadith about voluntary duties that Allah loves small actions that are done with consistencey, which means holding fast to little portions on a regular basis is better than doing a lot in small burts, only to get weary and leave later.

If you are thinking of fasting every month, try doing it on the "white days" , as mentioned in the hadith above. If you can hold to it regularly then move on to mondays or thursdays, and then to mondays and thursdays ... this is how you can help yourself grow slowly and steadily to adherence, insha allah. Success comes through Allah alone. Maa salaama.

Blessed and a Happy New Year of 1st Muharram 1430H to all brothers and sisters

Better Then You Ask-The prayer

Better Then You Ask

Fatima's life with Ali was rigorous
Ali worked hard as a carrier of water
and she accept a job as a grinder of corn.

There are times when the work made them suffer
Fatima’s hands often injured of hard work
in such a time her husband will be at her side to comfort

Once they have to go to the Prophet
asking permission to have one of the captive of war
for their temporary helper.
But Rasul rejected. "I will not give you…"
The captives were the right of the ummah
and Rasul never indecisive on such a matter

But as a Father, he was so touched
That same day - in the night chill so much
He headed to their home, entered, and said to them:
"stay where you are".
He then give them what they never expected
"I will tell you something
better than that which you asked" he said.
"These are words which Jibril taught me…
you should recited after every Prayer
and when you go to bed"

Those were words of prayer to safeguard their life.
A prayer so precious.

The prayer:
After every Prayer:
Subhaan Allah - Glory be to God ten times,
Alhamdulillah - Praise be to God, ten times,
Allahu Akbar - God is Great, ten times.
And that when you go to bed you should say them
thirty-three times each.

It Remits the Sins of a Lifetime

It Remits the Sins of a Lifetime

In the time of Moses - peace be upon him - lived a man who had disobeyed his Lord for four hundred and eighty years. God bestowed His kindness upon him unceasingly, until that man came to Moses and said: "There is no god but God, Moses is God's Messenger." Gabriel descended and said: "O Moses, God has forgiven him the sins of four hundred and eighty years." This is because of a phrase of twenty-four letters, each letter remitting the sins of twenty years, and the phrase "Muhammad is God's Messenger" is better than "Moses is God's Messenger." Therefore it is no wonder, for example, that God remits the sins of seventy years when the believer says: "No god but God, Muhammad is God's Messenger."

The Prophet said: "No-one on earth says: "There is no god but God alone, and God is Greater, and there is no change nor power except with God, the Exalted, the Tremendous" except his sins are remitted even if they are as abundant as the foam of the sea." Tirmidhi narrated it and he said it is a sound tradition.

The Obligation Of Nasiha for the Prophet [saw]

The Obligation Of Nasiha for the Prophet Muhammad [saw]

Allah says, "There is no fault in those who do not find anything to spend if they are true to Allah and His Messenger (idha nasah-Allahi wa rasulih). There is no way against those who do good, and Allah is forgiving, merciful." (9:92)

The commentators say, "If they are true in sincere conduct towards Allah and His Messengers, they are sincere Muslims secretly and openly."

Tamim ad-Dari said that the Messenger of Allah said, "The din is nasiha (good counsel/sincere conduct). The din is nasiha. The din is nasiha." They asked, "To whom, Messenger of Allah?" He said, "To Allah and His Book and His Messenger and the Imams of the Muslims and the common people."

Nasiha to Allah
Nasiha to Allah consists of having sound belief in His Oneness, describing Him in the way that He deserves to be described and disconnecting Him from what cannot be attributed to Him. It is desire for what He loves and distance from what He hates and sincerity in worshipping Him.

Nasiha to the Book
Nasiha to the Book is belief in it, acting according to it, reciting it well, humility with esteem for it, understanding it and seeking fiqh [understanding] in it and protecting it from the interpretation of the extremists and the attack of heretics.

Nasiha to the Messenger
Nasiha to the Messenger is confirming his prophethood and obeying him in what he commands and forbids.

Abu Sulayman and Abu Bakr said, "It is to support, help and protect him , both in life and death, and to bring his sunnah to life by seeking, protecting and spreading it and taking on his noble character and adab."

Abu Ibrahim Ishaq at-Tujibi said, "Nasiha to the Messenger of Allah is to confirm what he brought and to cling to his sunnah, spread it and urge people to it and to call to Allah, His Book and His Messenger and to the sunnah, and acting by it."

Ahmad ibn Muhammad said, "One of the obligations of the heart is to believe in nasiha for the sake of the Messenger of Allah ."

Abu Bakr al-Ajurri and others said, "Nasiha for his sake includes two types of sincere conduct. One is nasiha during his lifetime and the other is nasiha after his death."

In his lifetime, the nasiha of his Companions was by helping him, protecting him, opposing his opponents, obeying him and expending their lives and property in his service as in Allah's words, "Men who were true to thier their contract with Allah." (33:23) and "They help Allah and His Messenger." (59:8)

The nasiha of the Muslims for his sake after his death is by maintaining esteem, respect and great love for him, persevering in learning his sunnah, understanding his Shari`ah, love for the People of his House, and his Companions, avoiding things disliked in his sunnah and what deviates from it, hating doing that and being on guard against it, compassion for his community, seeking to learn about his character, his life and behaviour and steadfastness in acting according to it.

So from what has been said it can be seen that nasiha is one of the fruits of love as well as one of its signs.

Imam Abul-Qasim al-Qushayri related that `Amr ibn al-Layth, one of the Kings of Khurasan and a famous hero who was known as as-Saffar was seen in a dream and was asked, "What did Allah do with you?" He replied, "He forgave me." He was asked, "Why?" He said, "One day I climbed to the peak of a mountain and looked down at my armies and their vast number pleased me. Then I wished that I could have been present with the Messenger of Allah , may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to aid and help him. Allah thanked me and forgave me because of that."

Nasiha to the Imams of the Muslims

Nasiha to the Imams of the Muslims is to obey them when they command to the truth, help them, command them to the truth, remind them of it in the best way, inform them about what they have overlooked and what they do not see of the Muslims affairs, and not to attack them nor cause trouble and dissension for them with people and alienate them from people.

Nasiha for the sake of the common Muslims
Nasiha for the sake of the common Muslims is to guide them to their best interests, help them in the business of their din and this world by word and action, warning those of them who are heedless, enlightening the ignorant, giving to those in need, veiling their faults, and repelling what will harm them and bringing what will benefit them.

And all praise is for Allah.

About Trial

Saying about trials: everyday they are coming afresh and the muslims must be ready and careful each time for that trying, that his faith may become real faith. Everyone may improve his station. For one still under his ego's rule, he will be tested by that which his ego will never like; from everything, family, friends, work and neighbours, may come to you what you don't like. The way of development is the way of patience. There is no quick development. One must be agreeable to all happenings to and around himself.

That is the sign of development, to endure peoples' troubling you. It is not important to fly in the sky or to walk on the sea or to be seen in several places at once or to dream good dreams. lmportant in our way is to be patient, resisting every wave of evil like a mountain in a storm, not being pushed back. That is development. Or like the ocean, not becoming dirty from the rivers pouring into it. People with extraordinary powers may fly, but may in the end lose their faith when Satan rushes to attack them. We must be able to endure every harm from everyone.

We must be awakened for everything coming contrary to our liking and be ready to tolerate it. This is the real station of faith. Three times a day looks to our hearts, but not with a looking to give pleasure, instead looking to improve something to our heart that will strengthen it. Are we patient, or giving up? When we are patient, our heart is given satisfaction, and a light comes on our real eyes and more faith comes to us. At each opportunity we may advance or regress. This time is particularly filled up with unliked things, the world is full of evils and devils.

The Prophet said, "to keep religion in this time is more difficult than to keep fire in one's hand." We must be patience. Allah gives to those enduring unliked things endless reward. It is the way of real faith, like the way of Prophets and Sahabah, to endure the badness of people.

A solution to this moment's problem is the solution to next year's derailment.
First of all, the world already has a Master(Allah swt), and addressing Him humbly and with presence of mind (not hurriedly) in your prayers is even more instrumental in attaining your sustenance than rushing through the city.

Secondly, don't live in a world of great big-time schemes, for such schemes will not save you from trouble, but entangle you in it even further. Simplify your problems so that the solutions may be simple, also don't regard your problems with a magnifying glass, so that they are out of perspective: that habit will destroy you physically and spiritually.

The Seal of Prophets, Sayyidina Muhammad, peace be upon him, imparted this good advice to mankind: "If you awaken in the morning and find that you are lacking nothing in the way of material sustenance, and that you and your family are in good health, then don't burden yourself with worry".

If a person is engaged in worship, then he will experience apprehension, fear, hope, uncertainty and love. And when his attention turns to the next life, it will strengthen his faculties, delight his heart, and, by these very means, drive out disease.

Doing the prayer is something natural, as it benefits both the mind and the body - for it includes standing, bowing, and prostrating, as well as being still, tranquillity, piety, worship, submission, abasement of the self, and other elements. Thanks to all this, the joints of the body are moved and relaxed, as well as most of the organs - and especially the stomach and the bowels. How powerful the effect of all these things is in helping to move the two impurities (urine and faeces) along, and to speed up the departure of food from the stomach.

The Prophet (SAW) said, "O Bilal, let us take rest in prayer!" And again, when he said, "I find my comfort in doing the prayer, because it is from this that a person is given pleasure, and the pleasure that comes from it brings comfort - and because doing the prayer contains all that is excellent in both this world and the next."

So it is, from the prayer that the best of this world and of the next is derived. It is from the prayer that strength, which flows from the blessed vision of Allah, the Creator, springs - and that is why doing the prayer drives out everything to do with sickness and illness from the body, and reveals a person's true nature to him, so that he strives to perfect what is already good, and to abandon whatever is bad.

Indeed this section falls short in describing the virtues of prayer. And Allah knows best.

The Eternity of the Second Life
The concept of the eternity of the second life has a tremendous effect on a Muslims during their first life, because Muslims believe that their first life determines the shape of their second life. In addition, this determines the shape of their second life and this determination will be through the Judgment of Allah, the All just and Almighty.

With this belief in the second life and the Day of Judgment, the Muslim's life becomes purposeful and meaningful. Moreover, the Muslim's standing purpose is to go to Paradise in the second life.

In other words, the Muslim's permanent purpose is to obey Allah, to submit to Allah, to carry out His orders, and to keep in continues contact with Him through prayers (five times a day), through fasting (one month a year), through charity (as often as possible), and through pilgrimage (once in one's life).

Friendship in Islam

It is very important for every Muslim to make sure that his choice of friends and the company he keeps is correct. It has been proven through experience that habits and behaviour of friends and associates slowly enter into an individual. Without realizing, a person begins to adopt the style and behaviour of his friends. We are all witness to this fact. Sadly, I can recall many incidents where those who were pious, religious and of good character lost all their good qualities because they kept company and associated with an inappropriate circle of friends. I have also seen others who were drowning in sin and evil, who underwent a complete revolution in their lives after adopting the company of a pious person of huge moral standards.

Rasullullah (SAW) has advised, "A person is on the way of his life friend. Therefore, he should think very carefully whom he is making a friend with." - (Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood)

We need friends who are sincere, genuine and true and also true in their friendship. Those who care for our well-being from every aspect are true friends. Whereas on the other hand, worldly friends are not only a waste of time, but also on the day of Qiyamah, they will be a means of destruction.

The Quran says: - "All friends on the day of Qiyamah will be enemies of one another except the God fearing." - (Mutaqeen) (43:67)

Here, the Quran is not saying that friends will not help or benefit each other on that day, nor it is saying something much stronger, that friends who were not God-fearing will be the enemies of each other on the day of Qiyamah.

Friends in the hereafter will regret making irreligious people their friends. Allah Taa'la says in the Quran, - "Ah, woe to me! Would that I had never taken so-and-so as a Khaleel (intimate friend)! He indeed let me astray from the reminder (This Quran) after it and came to me. And Shaytaan is ever a deserter to man (in the hour of need)." (25;28-29)

This will be the cries of the people. Further, Allah says -"Our Lord! These misled us, so give them a double torment of the fire. He will say for each one is a double torment but you know not." (7:38)

My dear friends, today we feel proud of having an elder friend who follows the path of evil. We forget that this role model of ours who is teaching us to sell drugs, to take drugs, to bully and oppress people, disobey parents and to fall prey to evil desires, is in fact taking us to hell!

Our true and only friend should be Allah but in order to attain such high stage, one needs to make good, pious people his friends. A great point I would like to raise is the amount we hurt the hearts of our parents? How much pain do they suffer because of us?

In this day and age, friends have become more precious and valuable then our parents. For our friends, we are ready to sacrifice everything and everybody. However, one needs only the experience a tragedy to recognize a true friend. Go and sit in prison for a while and see how many friends come and visit. It is here that one appreciates the true love of parents. After being sentenced to jail, the convict holds tight to his parents and cries, and says that now I realize you are only my true friends and you will see many changes in my life after 1 come out.

This is said after going to jail because it is only our families that care enough to visit. If friends come, then how many times do they return?

They come once, twice, at the most three times, then youthen find yourself sitting injail alone, crying and you will come to understand that none is interested in coming to see you except your parents, brothers and sisters. The poor father who you used to swear at and give abuse to. That same father who you did not even want to see or talk with, visits you every week. He takes up the cost of the lawyer, worries about the cause, and your well being. Similarly the mother suffers sleepless nights. They do everything for you despite your torturing them in the past.

My friends please, for Allah's sake, pay attention to these facts and realities I am trying to put forward to you and myself. Beware! The prison sentence may be over in a few months, years, but the prison sentence of the hereafter may be eternal.

In the Quran, it states: - "That day shall man flee from his brother, from his mother and his father. And from his wife and his children. Every man that day will have enough to make him careless of others." (80:34:37)

BAD COMPANY

BAD COMPANY

If we were to ponder why people in general especially the youth go astray from the straight path then it would have to be the company that we keep. Many a time we have no intention of committing a sin but because everyone else is keen on committing it and because you don't want to be left out or don't want to be called "sad" we get caught up in the moment and go along with everyone else.

During that time of the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam, a man named Uqba Bin Aby Rabi'a used to invite all the wealthy and famous people of the locality to his house for a big feast. Amongst those invited was the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam. When all the guests arrived the Holy Prophet Salallahu alaihi wasallam told him that he would not eat until he testified that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammed is His true Messenger and servant. Uqba was a hospitable person and he did not like the fact that someone comes to his house but does not eat, so to please the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam he testified and proclaimed Islam. After this the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam started eating.

A few days later Abdullah ibn Ubay ibn Sulul (a very close friend of Uqba Bin Rabi and the leader of the hypocrites) came to Uqba and asked him what he had done. Uqba replied, "I only did it so he would eat and I would not be humiliated in front of everyone".

Abdullah Bin Ubai then told him, "If what you said is true then go back to him and tell him that you did it only so he would eat and then spit in his face". Uqba, wishing to please his friend went to the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam and told him that he had only testified so he would not be humiliated in front of everyone and then he attempted to spit. Allah Ta'ala made it happen such that the spit came back onto the face of Uqba and they left two burning scars on either cheek. The Holy Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam supplicated against him, the result of which was that both Uqba and Abdullah ibn Ubay ibn Sulul were killed in the battle of Badr.

This is why our pious predecessors always emphasise the need to keep good company and the need to keep good relations with the Ulama.

Now the question arises: How do we cut ties with the bad friends that we already have? The answer to this is that you should decrease the time you spend with them gradually. If you spend five hours with them then spend four hours with them and so on. Hopefully by seeing a change in you they also may change.May Allah enable us to keep company with the pious and the Ulama. Ameen

Sharing the same sentiment with my friend’s …( my grandma left me on 28/11/2008).May Allah bless her and accept her good deed’s.And , In memory of our dearest brother,( 07 December 2008) you’ve attended a very close friends funeral, who was taken from our clutches so suddenly. Surrounded by his loving family and his dear friends, you felt at such a loss. You cried uncontrollably which is the first time you’ve really weeped since the news of his death last Tuesday. He was there for you in times of need. He was part of the family, and greatly adored by all. He lives on forever in our hearts, and we will always treasure our fond memories of our dear brother/friend. Heres a poem which might ease us InsyaAllah. After hearing the devastating news of losing a friend and my grandma , to “natural” causes, I hope that we’ll remember that Allah lend to us such a friendship’s or relationship’s and Allah loves him and our dear one’ more than ourself’s. Allah (SWT) is the best caretaker(Innalillahwainnailaihi roji'uun):Dedicate a personal tribute this piece to Allahyarham, Bro Abbas and our beloved that had left us.

The flowing glisten of saddened tears,
The pangs of a shattered heart,
Are all but the processes of surviving,
For our souls are to be momentarily a distants.

No one can escape the clutches,
Of such a timeless fate,
Dear Allah gently clasps my face,
For we embark through the golden gates.

Greeted by joyous praise and smiles,
Embraced by Your tender new love,
For our homeward journey to paradise,
Is signified by Above all His Great Mercy .

As I gleam upon your firm and shut eyes,
My heart is filled with sorrow,
I never thought you’d leave so soon
Memories replace me come tomorrow.

You have been so loving,
So generous and true,
Our heartfelt aching of a loss,
Tears my heart in two.

But for now my life starts anew,
For HOPE and MERCY will come,
Your tender soul will soon be healed
No longer will old love feel deaden.

Always remember Allah’s faithful Love’s
For eternity we’ll not be apart
For now every time we think of them,
The’re right here in our heart

Always remember the treasured happy memories from times of laughter, times of happyness and times of such fun.Loved ones will always remain in our heart. Grieving is the process of losing one such close to you, and as time goes on, such grief is eased by the love and care from surrounding family and friends.Take care all. ANYTIME YOU NEED A FRIEND

ANYTIME YOU NEEDA FRIEND

FRIENDSHIP

A friend is someone to behold
To laugh and chat with when it is cold
Someone to comfort you when you are blue
To talk to about the old and the new

One has many acquaintances in life
But when there is sorrow, or there is strife
A friend is someone who will understand
To lend an ear or a helping hand

It doesn’t matter where you are
Whether you are near or whether you are far
Around the world or across the street
A friend is someone you will one day meet

So when life’s troubles get you down
Try to smile and do not frown
Turn on the computer or pick up the phone
With true friends you are never alone

A friend is someone we turn to when our spirits need a lift
A friend is someone we treasure for our friendship is a gift
A friend is someone who fills our lives with beauty, joy and grace
And make the world we live in a better and happier place.

Like Roses

Like Roses
My love is so beautiful like the roses
It’s so fragrant and astonishing
And its colors beautifully make my day
Although love turns out some thorns,
It’s predestined for sentry that we’ll never transgress.

My love is like the two seas,
Its sweetness like the ocean blues
It’s salty just to remind of the illicit taste
So let be with barriers apart us
For akhirah is our hajat.

My love is so deep like the deep blue seas
My love is like the salty seas that bring a lot of joy
May you find joy in this unfathomable love..
That will never end, like the horizon and the blue skies

Like the blue sky our love will be
And like the horizons my love will sketch
Like a caress moment it will seize.
Like a cherish light it will blaze.

Like the stars it will shine and like sun it will bright
I see you in heaven we always whispered,
But in heaven right now we are, and in heaven we will be
May our love for the sake of al-Mighty,
as He loves you more than I can

Like a cherish lover you will always be
In my dream in my inspiration
In my prayers every moment
Cause to love is to respect each other,

Like an everlasting love it will cherish
May we meet in heaven, may our loves
Be precious in time, like a pearl kept in a shell…
The roses you gives is the love you reserved

And I kept it in my heart so it will never wither,
I present to al-Mighty, so He can seize the love,
That I felt for you, and may He return this stolen moment
And exchange this emptiness with iman and taqwa

In return may He send my love to you with His blessing
Showering every part of your life, like a Sage, seeking passion
Rescue us ya al-Mighty, pls rescue us, may our love be sincere
May it bring blessing, for all the sacrifices, and tears of longing?
May you grant us your love in our heart with Iman,
For the one that you love most, transform our love into light
Of Taqwa, Iman and Tauhid, relish like a clear morning dew,
Sweetest reminiscent of honey and scented more than the roses.

Like rose I like to be, like roses I like to be,
In my heart the roses I kept so this love will always bloom.
And like roses I like to be, with thorn that protect me,
And away from sinful hope, that’s warm like a summer,
Yet colder than the winter, like a roses I rather be...
I kept this love, relish, bloom and present to al-Mighty…

A poem about Our Friendship

A day ordinary, expressions overflowing,
A tribute of beauty in the realm of cyberspace,
With a sweet silence, my curiosity was sparked,
An inquiry she sent, an inquiry which propelled my insight,
Who was this gentle soul?
A sister, fixed in faith I realized,
But what did this realization reveal?
She enlightened my mind, and inspired my heart,
Oh Most Merciful, how have I attained this blessing?

Strangers, strangers we were, yet the two green leaves belong to the same rose,
Do I deserve to be called her confidant?
Exchange of thought led to exchange of revelation,
The moon is void of light, yet it glows as a reflection of the sun,
Yes, yes, she is my sunshine, and I am in darkness without her radiance,
A world… A world away she dwells, yet in proximity to my heart she resides,
Lord, will this encounter ever commence? Surely in time, yet this immaculate meeting is reserved for another world.
A world of glory, void of limitation is only suitable for this exchange,
The eyes shed tears (of joy), and the heart begins to speak, a sweet silence indeed,
The dove soars; landing on the windowsill, a sense of comfort overwhelms my worries.

The love of the Holy Family I expressed, while this reverence was reciprocated,
We are not so different it seemed, yes, this was a fact indeed,
Long-lost siblings we were, yet we were united by His Almighty decree,
Life is void without human progression, to increase my knowledge she had an immense impression,
Gratefulness and smiles to Him for this blessing,
When she inquires of the ways of The People of The House (as), my soul finds new life,
When Hussain was in Karbala, he said, “Are there anymore supporters who would support us, Ahlul Bayt? Are there anymore people who fear Allah?”
Oh Hussain, now I know that there are others who answer your call of love.

When I inquire of her, Zahra fills my spirit,
Truly for womankind Fatima has illuminated, and surely this fact, Kalima has reciprocated,
Kalima, “the good word,” is the meaning of her name,
Yet a million words cannot express the gift of sincerity she has given me,
Friendship is a treasure, a blessing from Allah,
The Commander of the Faithful Ali proclaimed, “He without friends is truly in loss,”
Thus, with her friendship, I am truly victorious.

Lasting Bliss.

Lasting bliss

You and I are not the alike,
nor will we eternally be...
But we have a common string,
that affixed you to me.

A golden string that's revolve so well,
With so much adore and concern,
A tress of gold, for us to embrace,
That only best friends can allocate.

A common attachment within our spirits,
Love that's extraordinary, a unique reveal.
Ability to sense and glimpse,
within the heart so shade...

Always know my friend I'll be with you,
and you shall be with me.
A lasting friendship, full of bliss,
for this faith of inclusive eternity.

The light that bright without a fire
You settled and whispered and chanted
Oh glorious friend you’re to me
When every encounter fails

You embraced my hope and my destination
Along all trial and tribulation
Not a glimpse nor hesitation
Such a bless you’re the truest friend

Enchantment music of loves inborn here in
When all possibilities fail you rise and prevail
Like shadow behind all music’s of life attention
Like devotees vast, for true love’s always stays
