The Arms of Love

The Arms of Love

When I felt lonely and blue,
It was to Your arms, I flew.

To seek refuge,
With my head upon your Mercy,
And it is there I feel at rest.

A rest, so sublime,
It is a moment obscure from time.

When there is a feeling of being so alone,
And it seems everyone is gone.

To Your arms of Love I go,
Away from all of life's woe

And there to rest my head upon your Love,
There, finding a final haven of rest!

When something distressed Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhi wasallam

When something distressed Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhi wasallam

When something distressed Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhi wasallam he would turn to prayer.*(Narrated by Ahmad and Abu Dawood, 1319; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ no. 4703)
THINK MORE ABOUT THE HEREAFTER

Bismillah hir rahmanir rahim

Mastawarid Ibn Shaddad (RA) narrated that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "This world compared to the Hereafter is like the amount of water that clings to a person's fingertip when he withdraws his hand from an ocean compared to the water of the entire ocean."(meaning this world is as insignificant as a drop of water in the ocean) (Muslim)

Ka'b Ibn Malik (RA) narrated that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "The amount of harm that people's love for wealth and luxury can do to his Imaan is even greater than the amount of harm that two hungry wolves can do to a herd of sheep." (Tirmidhi)

Our Goal and How To Get It....

Abu Huraira(ra) Narrated that Rasulullah(saw) said: "The first group (of people) who will enter Paradise will be (glittering) like the moon when it is full. They will not spit or blow their noses or relieve nature. Their utensils will be of gold and their combs of gold and silver; in their centers the aloe wood will be used, and their sweat will smell like musk. Everyone of them will have two wives; the marrow of the bones of the wives' legs will be seen through the flesh out of excessive beauty. They will neither have differences nor hatred amongst themselves; their hearts will be as if one heart and they will be glorifying Allah in the morning and in the evening."
{Bukhari}

Sahl bin Sad(ra) Narrated that Allah's Messenger(saw) said: "Whoever can guarantee (the chastity of) what is between his two jaw-bones and what is between his two legs (i.e. his tongue and his private parts), I guarantee Paradise for him."
{Bukhari}

Abu Huraira(ra) Narrated that Rasulallah(saw) said: "Allah has ninety-nine names. (i.e. one-hundred minus one) and whoever knows them will go to Paradise."

Alas to dust we all return,

Alas to dust we all return,Some shall rejoice, while others burn.

Our heart beats approximately 67 times a minute. Everytime it wants to beat it asks ALLAH (swt), am I permitted to beat?
If ALLAH (swt) says YES, it beats, and if he says NO, then life ends………..

Behold, We alone shall remain after the earth and all who live on it have passed away, and when unto Us all will have been brought back.Maryam 19:40.

No self can die except with Allah's permission, at a predetermined time... (Surah Al 'Imran: 145)

...And no living thing lives long or has its life cut short without that being in a Book. That is easy for Allah. (Surah Fatir: 11)

Nothing occurs, either in the earth or in yourselves, without its being in a Book before We make it happen. That is something easy for Allah. (Surat al-Hadid: 22)

Say: "Nothing can happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us. He is Our Master. It is in Allah that the believers should put their trust." (Surat at-Tawba: 51)

We have created all things according to a fixed decree. (Surat al-Qamar: 49)
He it is Who gives life and causes death. And when He decides upon a thing He says to it only: "BE!" and it is. 40 - Ghafir. Verse 68

Allah , says:
" Allah! There is none has the right to be worshipped but He, the Living, the Ever-lasting. Neither slumber or sleep overtakes him. His are all things in the heavens and the earth. Who is it that can intercede in His presence, except as He permits? He knows what is before them and what is behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His Knowledge, except as He Wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, for He is the Most High, Most Great" (Qur'an 2:255)

Allah , says:

" And no matter how many be angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He Wills and pleases" (Qur'an 53:26)

Allah , says:
" Say: "Call upon those whom you claim [as gods] besides Allah: They have no power, not the weight of an atom - in the heavens or on the earth. No share have they therein, nor is any of them a helper to Allah. No intercession can avail with Him, except for those for whom He has granted permission. So much so that, when terror is removed from their hearts, they will say: "That which is true and just; and He is the Most High, Most Great."" (Qur'an 34:22-23)

Everything in the heavens and every creature on Earth prostrates to Allah, as do the angels. They are not puffed up with pride. They fear their Lord above them and do everything that they are ordered to do. (Qur'an, 16:49-50)

Allah, Who knows all, describes to the bee what it needs to do, and the bee then acts in the full light of that inspiration.

Your lord revealed to the bees: "Build dwellings in the mountains and the trees, and also in the structures which men erect. Then eat from every kind of fruit and travel the paths of your Lord, which have been made easy for you to follow." From inside them comes a drink of varying colours, containing healing for mankind. There is certainly a Sign in that for people who reflect. (Qur'an, 16:68-69)

Allah! Laa ilaaha illaa Huwa
(none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever-Living (Al-Hayy), the One Who sustains and protects all that exists (Al-Qayyoom).

Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth.

Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His permission?
He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter.

And they wilt never encompass anything of His knowledge except that which He wills
His throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them

And He is the Most High (Al-‘Aliyy), the Most Great (Al-‘Atheem).
[Soorah Al-Baqarah (2) Aayah 255]

"Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His permission?"
makes clear the status of Lordship (Ar-Ruboobiyyah)and worship. Every human being is a servant of Allah. He does not exceed the boundaries of that status and therefore cannot intercede with Allah without His permission.

Our faith (‘aqeedah) thus makes a clear distinction between the nature of the Supreme Creator and His worshippers. They neither mingle nor do they have a single characteristic in common.

None can intercede except by Allah’s Permission: His Leave is universal. Even Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) who has the greatest rank with Allah cannot intercede except with the prior leave from Allah.

He will be granted this permission after he (r) prostrates before Allah and praises Him with the great praises and glorifications which Allah guides him to it on that day.

Then it will be said: Raise your head and speak; you will be listened to, intercede and our intercession will be accepted. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari (Arabic/English)], vol. 6, no. 3 and no. 236.]

These then are some of the facets of the greatness of this verse. Each Muslim should learn it by heart, contemplate its meanings and recite it often. There are many Ahaadeeth relating to its excellence and merits.

One is a long hadeeth narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah (radiallahu ‘anhu) in which the Prophet (sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) was reported to have said to him:

"When you go to your bed, you should recite Aayatul-Kursi) from the beginning to the end, by reciting it there will be posted a guardian over you from Allah who will protect you during the whole night and the devil will not be able to come near you till morning." [Al-Bukhaari]

“WHO IS HE WHO MAY INTERCEDE TO HIM EXCEPT WITH HIS PERMISSION?”

Nothing happens in the Universe without Allah’s Permission, especially on the Day of Resurrection, when no one will be able even to speak without Allah’s permission.

“THE DAY WHEN THE SPIRITS AND THE ANGELS SHALL STAND IN A ROW, THEY DO NOT SPEAK EXCEPT FOR THOSE THE MERCIFUL PERMITS AND SPEAK RIGHTFULLY AND TRUTHFULLY” (S: 78 A: 38)

"Allah created all things, and he is the agent, upon which, all
[39:62] GOD is the Creator of all things, and He is in full control of all things.[all things depend]." [Surah 39, verse 62]

If the whole of mankind gathered to do some thing to help us, they could not help in anything which Allah had not already written for us. And if the whole of mankind gathered together to harm us, then they would not be able to harm with anything which Allah had not already written for us.

Those who reflect on these details see that they are constantly dependent upon Allah, Who has created them and enabled them to live. Without His consent, they could not even breathe. Thus, they can understand that Allah is their closest friend and guardian.

Allah informs us of this reality in the following verse:
[Say:] “There is no way out for you in Earth or heaven. You have no protector or helper besides Allah.” (Surat al-‘Ankabut, 22)

No self can die except with Allah's permission, at a predetermined time. If anyone desires the reward of the dunya, We will give him some of it. If anyone desires the reward of the akhira, We will give him some of it. We will recompense the thankful. (Surah Al 'Imran,145)

'A'ishah (A.S.) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said:

"Everyone has been created with three hundred and sixty Joints. Whoever mentions Allah's greatness (says Allahu Akbar), praises Allah, extols Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah and removes stones from the path of the people, enjoins what is good and forbids the evil to the amount of those three hundred and sixty joints (sulama), he walks on that Day (of Judgment) having distanced himself from the Hell fire."

Abu Dharr (A.S.) narrated "the Prophet said (PBUH):

"In every morning there is a charitable act on the joints of any of you. Every tasbihah (to say: subhanallah, i.e. Glory be to Allah) is a charitable act; every tahmidah (to say: al-hamdu lillah, i.e. Praise be to Allah) is a charitable act, every tahlilah (to say: la ilaha illallah, i.e. There is none worthy of worship but Allah) is a charitable act; every takbirah (to say: Allahu akbar, i.e. Allah is the Greatest) is a charitable act; enjoining the right is a charitable act; forbidding the evil is a charitable act. However, to fulfill that charity, it is sufficient to pray two rak'at of Duha."

Do not be sad ...

switsilence.blogspot.com

Saeed Said: Do not be sad because you are black, for among the best of people three were black:Bilal bin rabah(r)-the caller to prayer of Allah's messenger; Mahja-freed slave of umar bin khattab(r) and Luqman Hakim-mentioned in Qur'an.

Do not be sad because you were born black and poor,It's not your mistake nor of your creator's, but It's just a matter of test for you.Do not be proud of yourself because you were born white and rich,It's not your greatness nor of your father's, but It's just a matter of test for you too.The one who is not thankful for a small blessing cannot be thankful even for a mountain of gold... So be thankful for every little thing you have and remember that no two individuals can have three things same i.e Face,Fate & Future-Hamid

"Indeed the one who is poor is the one who has lost his religion, the only one who is destroyed is the one whose religion is destroyed.Know that there is no poverty after paradise and there is no richness after the helfire"-Jundub
