PROPHET MUHAMMED PBUH [RAHMATULIL- ALAMEEN]

The holy prophet of Allah (peace and blessing be upon him) has given guidance to the muslim for each and every thing. He has given detailed instruction on when to start the month of RAMADAN and how to spend time during the month.

BEGINING & ENDING OF RAMADAN.
Hazrat ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) has narrated that "I heard the holly prophet (peace be upon him) saying that you should start fasting when you see the moon for the month of RAMADAN and stop fasting when you see the new moon (Sahih-ul Bukhari kitab-ul saum).

FORGETFULNESS WHILE FASTING.
The holly prophet (S.A.W) has said "If some one mistakely eats while fasting he should completed his fast till the evening because surely Allah made him/her eats and drink" (Sahih Bukhari kitab-ul saum).

ETIQUETTES OF SEHRI (FOOD TAKEN AT DOWN)
Sehri is a blessed meal, the holly prophet (S.A.W) said, "This is truely a blessing one strengthens in oneself the habit of getting up early in the morning and to worship Allah & one can offer humble prayers to him. The holly prophet (S.A.W) also said "Eat sehri as are blessing in eating sehri" {Sahih Bukhari}.

AT TIME OF IFTAR (OPENING THE FAST).
There are sometimes during the days that are more helpful and assisting prayers being answered, Allah Accept more prayers when fast is opened. In one saying the holly prophet (S.A.W) has reported to have said: "No prayers is rejected at the time of the fast that is offered by someone who has been fasting" {Sunnan ibn majah, Al-Abwb Al-Dawt}.

May Allah guide us to right path always Ameen!

Try to pray for your self and for your muslim brother/sister, and when ever a true muslim pray for his brother/sister Allah will raise HIS angels to pray for you so try to gain much as you can...

With the approach of Ramadan every year, I always recall the following Prophetic hadith:

"My people (Ummah) are granted five gifts that no prophet before me had been given. First, when it is the first night of Ramadan, Allah looks at His servants. He will never punish those at whom He looks. Second, the smell of their mouths when night approaches is more pleasant [to Allah] than the scent of musk. Third, angels seek Allah's forgiveness for them everyday and night. Fourth, Allah commands Paradise saying, 'Be prepared and adorned for My servants; they are about to be relieved from the pains of the worldly life and move to My Home and Honor.' Fifth, when it is the last night (of Ramadan) Allah forgives the sins of all people." Thereupon, a man asked, "Is it the night of Qadr (Power)?" He (the Prophet) said, "No, don't you see that once workers finish their tasks, they take their wages?" (Ahmad and Al-Bazzar)

RAMADAN MUBARAKH until we meet next Masha Allahu Laquwwata Illa billah.
